First, decide the shape and size of magnets, which can server you applications best. Then visit our webpages “How to Choose Permanent Magnet Materials” to decide the material and grade of the magnets you need. Next step is to go to Quotation Request to fill up the form with the information on the magnets and quantity required. After you click the “Submit” button, we will receive your request and provide you with our price quotation. You can also simply send all the information you have and talk to our experts to get the magnets you need.
Usually it takes 24 business hours. However, if we are not able to supply the magnets you need, such as, either the size is too big, or the shape is too complicated, we may not provide you with our price quotation.
Usually take 1-3 weeks. SmCo magnets production takes 4-7 days usually and NdFeB magnets production takes 7-25 days. If it is needed to make a mold, it may take a longer time. For a large production quantity purchase order, say ten thousands pieces, it may take a longer time.
Our company’s policy does not allow us to send out free samples, but we considered that you may need sample to test out. Therefore, we provide free samples under certain conditions: you still need to pay the sample and shipping costs at the begining, but when the bulk order placed, the sample cost can be deducted form the bulk order amount.
We keep our operation overhead low, so that we can offer our customers with our quality magnets at very competitive prices.
We may have some surplus products in stock of some standard sizes, to save your time and costs. However, from our experience in serving our customers, we realized that each customer has his/her own requirement for the magnets in terms of materials, shape, size, coating, and tolerance for his/her applications. It is difficult to keep all of so-called “standard size” magnets in our inventory. We can supply the magnets meeting your custom demand in a short turn-over time. We do our bests to save your time and costs.
We take company’s checks, credict cards, ACH and wire transfer. For bulk orders, wire transfer is preferred.

Absolutely. For many occasions, you may need to place an order by sending a purchase order and pay by invoice. Feel free to send us your Purchase Order.
It is also as easy as ABC. A. Send us your order; B. We send you an invoice to pay; C. The order will be shipped once payment is received OR A. Ask for a formal quotation; B. Place an order according to the quote; C. Pay and the order will be shipped.
We’re not aware of the tax rates or even whether they’re imposed or not because it happens earlier in the payment process than we have anything to do with.
For international orders, we do not charge any taxes, duties, or VAT. These are assessed at the point of entry at your destination and happen haphazardly. We can – and do – typically lower the declared value for these orders to both help avoid attracting the wrong kind of interest in transit as well as to (hopefully) minimize the payment amount demanded by your postal carrier at the time of delivery. If you have a particularly difficult time with your customs officials you’re welcome to reach out to us to review options but remember this is something that is ultimately out of our control.
